Initial Design Consultation / Exploration

Perhaps you are in the midst of an ongoing project, you might be a designer, contractor, or creative of any sort, and need an architect to deliver a specific task or provide input.

I am always open to collaborations, work as part of a wider team and share expertise. Please feel free to reach out no matter the size of your project, and we can discuss the possibilities.

In need of an extra hand?

1. We will discuss your unique situation, your ideas, your needs, wants and the challenges you may be struggling with. I will answer questions to the best of my ability and get a general understanding of the project.

2. I will put the ideas on paper, create design solutions, and potentially develop a few options using simple sketches, references, and models. I will then send you a comprehensive PDF package.

3. We will have a second discussion, address questions and refine the design, following which I will prepare a set of drawings based on the ideas we have developed together.

This initial design process is a brainstorming phase and is not intended to be part of a planning application, although it may naturally develop into one.
